I take online privacy and data security seriously and this Privacy Policy outlines my approach to data processing where I act as a data controller.
I will only collect data for specific purposes and not beyond what is necessary for sensible business reasons for doing so – e.g. providing my services – to minimise the amount of information collected.

Occasionally I might ask for other data, such as GP information or audio recordings of sessions. Your personal information is provided directly and voluntarily by you when you engage with me in order to enquire about my services. I will collect information from you when you contact me via my website, social media accounts or email, book a call with me via my booking system or enter into a contract with me as a client.
I will never share your personal data with third parties without your express consent.
How I store your information
I have in place appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data in my possession. Your information is securely stored either on my computer or in cloud-based storage, such as G-Drive, both of which are password protected and not publicly accessible. GoCardless is a third-party provider used to process payments and their own privacy policy can viewed on their website. Whilst every reasonable effort is taken to protect your information, no method of digital storage is 100% secure and its security cannot be guaranteed.
Legal basis for processing your data
The lawful basis for collecting and using your data for providing my service is if you have voluntarily provided it for the performance of a contract and for compliance with a legal obligation which I must perform.
Your legal rights as a data subject
Under data protection law, you have rights including, asking me for copies of, making amendments to rectify inaccuracies in and erasing your personal data. This does not include erasing details which I’m obliged to retain for therapeutic, legal, administrative or security purposes.
You also have the right to ask that I transfer the personal data you gave me to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances and with your express consent in writing to the above email.
